Product Warranty

Each product is guaranteed to remain in good operation for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Shipping Cost – Product Delivery

Shipping costs are FREE within Greece.

Shipments take place from Monday to Friday. Delivery 1 to 2 days. There is also the possibility of receiving your order from our store Akadimias 15, 10671, Athens during working days and hours.

Returns

The consumer shall have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Law 2551/1994. Products made according to consumer’s specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

The returned product should be in its original condition and the packaging (safety tape, foil) should not have been opened. The customer is responsible for the cost of return. Credit is made at the same card (debit or credit) or to the account used by the customer at the time of purchase. If the purchase was made by cash on delivery, the amount is returned to an account indicated by the customer.
